Glass acid etching restoration
It happens quite a bit; original antique etched ensuite windows which are destroyed by imprudent behavior or draught. Can you restore it? And where can you restore it? Or actually…where can you replicate it, since restoring 1000 of pieces of broken glass is practically impossible.
Well, I can do it; the traditional way. Here you see a French embossed glass I recently acid etched in 4 color tones. The delivered multiple broken fragments of antique glass were enough to digitalize and then restore the original piece of glass art from the 1900's. The customer was very much satisfied with the result.
